Fiona Sampey, MMSc, PA-C is a palliative care provider with extensive experience in providing care to patients with serious illnesses and at end-of-life. Fiona has a special interest in supporting pediatric patients and their families. Fiona has specialized training and expertise in facilitating conversations around complex medical decision making and how healthcare wishes intersect with quality of life considerations.
Amy Vance, MSN, NP-C, Co-Founder of Advanced Conversations
Amy Vance, MSN, NP-C is a family nurse practitioner, certified as an Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse. With a career spanning over 30 years in healthcare, Amy has practiced in a variety of medical specialties, including oncology, internal medicine, hospice, and palliative care. Amy is dedicated to guiding individuals and families through pivotal discussions that lead to well-informed decisions which align with patient’s and families' priorities, values, and goals.
