Introducing GUIDED PATHWAYS A self-guided, topic-specific way to navigate CPN

As a member of Courageous Parents Network, you have access to a robust collection of original CPN content particular to the unique journey of caring for a child that is medically complex or seriously ill: videos, blog posts, podcasts and downloadable guides, organized by topic, by family or provider, and by diagnosis. The Sibling topic, for example, currently has 69 associated videos. Anticipatory Grief has 22; Decision-making has 68; Working with the Medical Team has 57; Bereavement has 52. And that’s just the videos.

Sometimes you may be seeking a curated exploration of a particular topic, so that you don’t have to pick through this vast array of resources to find what you need.

For those times, Courageous Parents Network now offers you GUIDED PATHWAYS, a series of self-guided tutorials based on the topics of greatest interest to the families in the Network.

Each Pathway includes a combination of brief informational text, selected videos of parents sharing their perspective and of medical providers offering their expertise, several blog posts from parents reflecting on their experience, and then support for personal reflection.

Thus far, we have Pathways on Anticipatory Grief, Understanding Baseline, The Sibling Experience, Guiding Siblings through End of Life; and Bereavement; and we are developing more.

Watch a brief video about the Pathways.
